It is a single-component, moisture-curing, thixotropic polyurethane-based sealant. It does not sag, does not shrink, and cures without bubble formation. It does not retain dirt as it has no surface tackiness; it can be painted after curing. It adapts to expansion movements with a 25% movement capability. It is suitable for use in potable water systems under BS 6920.
