It is a three-component (resin + hardener + quartz sand), bitumen-extended, polyurethane-based thixotropic joint sealant. The sand component increases viscosity to prevent sagging/running and adheres perfectly to vertical and inclined surfaces. It retains the elastic structure, strength, and −40°C to +80°C service temperature range of PU-CAST 2K, providing a non-slip finish in vertical applications.
