It is a two-component, bitumen-polyurethane-based, high-performance liquid waterproofing material. It is cold-applied, provides superior adhesion to the substrate, and offers long-lasting protection with its permanently highly elastic structure that reduces the risk of crack-bridging. Maintaining its durability even under harsh weather conditions, it creates a reliable and strong waterproofing layer on concrete, metal, and wooden surfaces.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION • Building foundations and retaining walls, • Roofs, gutters, green roofs, and green terraces, • Balconies and wet areas such as bathrooms/kitchens, • Repair of existing polyurea applications, • Metal, fibrous roofing sheets, concrete, and wooden surfaces, • Light coating surfaces and general waterproofing applications. • Primer Usage: DAUGUARD PU-SEAL PRIMER 2K must be used as a primer.
CONSUMPTION • 1.5 kg/m² for standard applications. • Note: This rate may increase up to 1.8 – 2 kg/m² in reinforcement fleece (armure felt) applications. • Protection: In case of direct exposure to atmospheric conditions, DAUFARBE TECHNISCH WAP-200 aliphatic protective topcoat paint must be applied.
