It is a single-component, water-based fire-retardant concrete paint. By forming a reactive layer in the event of a fire, it prevents heat from spreading to the internal reinforcement, thereby protecting the load-bearing capacity of the concrete during the fire period. It does not alter the appearance of the concrete surface and adds no extra weight to the structure. It offers the advantages of a long shelf life and easy application.
