It is a single-component, silicone resin + metallic pigment-based technical paint resistant to continuous high temperatures. It maintains its film integrity, color, and adhesion at continuous service temperatures up to +600°C; it can also perform at higher values during short-term temperature spikes. The silicone resin matrix cross-links and ceramicizes at temperatures where organic binders dissolve, creating a permanent protective layer by allowing the pigments to sinter onto the underlying metal surface. It offers high resistance to corrosion and thermal shock. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray gun; the film cures during the first heating cycle.
