It expands in the event of a fire to form a heat-insulating carbon foam layer, maintaining the load-bearing capacity of the structure throughout the fire duration. Thanks to its fast drying time, multiple coats can be applied within the same day, optimizing the work schedule in winter months and humid climate conditions. It is applied by airless spray gun, brush, or roller.
