CELLOSEM CL700
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION • Cellosem CL700 is a modified Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC).
APPLICATION AREAS • Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS / ETICS), • Gypsum-based plasters, • Adhesives, • Base coats, • Tile adhesives.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES • Excellent open time, • Excellent slip resistance, • High water retention, • High final consistency.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION • Like many industrial processed powdery materials, cellulose ether dusts are combustible and can cause dust explosions. Dust formation must be avoided or kept to a minimum. Care should be taken to prevent ignition from heat, sparks, open flames, or hot surfaces. • At temperatures above 200°C, charring of CELLOSEM CL700 HPMC will occur. At high temperatures and in contact with an open flame, CELLOSEM CL700 HPMC will burn slowly with the characteristics of cellulose.
