PRODUCT DESCRIPTION • Cellosem CS700 is a modified Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC).

APPLICATION AREAS • Cement-based tile adhesive applications, • Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), • Adhesives, • Base coats.

HEALTH AND FLAMMABILITY SAFETY • Extensive evaluations attest to its safety in a wide variety of applications. Dust may cause mechanical skin and eye irritation under extreme conditions; presents no significant health hazard under normal handling conditions. • Organic polymer that burns when exposed to heat and a sufficient oxygen supply. Begins to decompose at approximately 200°C with an ignition temperature >360°C. Water spray, CO2, or powder extinguishers are recommended (avoid strong water jets that raise dust). Do not store next to peroxides or other oxidizing agents.

STORAGE CONDITIONS • Store under dry and clean conditions in its original packaging at room temperature away from heat. It is hygroscopic; once opened, packages must be resealed and kept tightly closed. Recommended to use the product on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. High viscosity grades may show a slow loss of viscosity after long-term storage (>1 year).
